Returns & Exchanges

Onlyohana.com does not offer returns on any product. If an error is made during shipment on our end, we will fix it. All sales are final. 

Size exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase. All tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. Send us the size/item you would like to exchange and we will send you a $10 shipping/restocking fee via PayPal. Once the payment is processed, your requested item will be shipped out.
